Corrections, disputes, and removals
Ghana Dental Clinic Guide is an independent directory of dental clinics across Ghana. Each listing pulls factual business data from publicly available sources, and every clinic's score comes from analyzing Google reviews using a single, published rubric that applies the same way to every business. Listing here is free, and no payment of any kind affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct information about your clinic, challenge a score if you believe the underlying data is wrong, or request removal if your business has closed. Factual corrections
If your clinic's name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or listed services are inaccurate, you can request a correction. To be applied, the corrected information must come directly from you along with proof we can check against, such as your current website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is confirmed and made, it stays in place through future automatic data refreshes.
Disputing a score
Scores are never hand-edited by our team. If you believe your score is wrong, you are disputing the accuracy of the input data itself: either your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were credited to you incorrectly, or a review summary does not reflect what patients actually wrote. When you file a dispute, we re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request to improve your number through judgment or exception; if the data checks out, your score remains as computed.
Requesting removal
Your listing can be removed if your clinic is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate entry of another listing in the directory, or if it falls outside the scope of dental clinics in Ghana. We also run a verification cycle each month that automatically detects and removes clinics no longer in operation. If your listing meets these criteria, it will be removed. If your clinic is operating, accurately represented, and within scope, a removal request may be declined, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.

Response times
Every request for a correction, dispute, or removal is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason for the decision.
